1. One territory per country
Every country in the world is a single digital territory on NOTYOURS. Only one owner at a time.
2. Starting bid: $1
Unclaimed countries can be claimed for a minimum of $1. Whole dollar amounts only.
3. Outbid by $1
To take an owned country, bid at least $1 more than the current bid. If the current bid is $500, your minimum is $501.
4. Non-refundable bids
All bids are non-refundable except where required by payment provider rules or applicable law. If someone outbids you, your previous payment is not automatically returned.
5. Ownership until outbid
Your ownership continues until someone successfully outbids you with a confirmed payment.
6. Public information only
Public profiles show only your brand/project name, URL, logo, country, bid amount, and ownership timestamp. Your email is never displayed publicly.
7. Content moderation
Prohibited content (hate speech, illegal material, impersonation) will be removed by our moderation team without refund.
8. Not legal ownership
Owning a country on NOTYOURS does not grant ownership, control, legal rights, political rights, or any physical property in that country. NOTYOURS is a digital visibility and competitive placement game.
